I'm Andrew Youssef, CEO and founder of Ottawa Prime Properties. I built this company because I saw something missing in Ottawa's property management market—and I knew I could do better.

Since 2017, I've been working alongside various companies throughout Ottawa, learning the industry inside and out. I watched how property management was being done—often as a transactional service, more afterthought than priority—and I realized there was an opportunity to create something genuinely different. Something that landlords in Ottawa could actually trust.

I believed then, and I believe now, that we could build the best property management company in the region. Not the biggest. Not the most corporate. The best—because we actually care about the people we serve.
